I've partnered up with Pat Pearson, licensed psychotherapist and author of 'Stop Self Sabotage' who will show you how to conquer any negative beliefs that might be sabotaging your health and fitness goals.

Health / Fitness

I will provide you with various exercises, workouts and nutrition tips that will show you how to discover what works best for YOUR lifestyle and how to you can best incorporate it into your routine.

Lifestyle

This is a lifestyle and you will not always have to have a coach showing you the way.  I will show you how to be your own accountability coach and partner to keep yourself motivated and on track!
